La Trattoria Piero e Silvana è proprio un dolce sogno. Situata lungo il corso principale, che collega le mura esterne alla splendida Piazza di Todi, è comodamente raggiungibile da ogni parte della città.
Archi e vecchi soffitti realizzano un locale caratteristico e accogliente dove potrete trovare cortesia ed una cordiale familiarità dalla piccola gestione familiare, contatto che vi garantirà di conoscere e sapere tutto ciò che gradirete su ogni pietanza che avrete il piacere di ordinare.
La cucina è squisitamente genuina; potrete gustare piatti poveri, come i sempre gustosi legumi o zuppe varie, o piatti locali, a base di tartufo o porcino, o ancora cacciagione tipica, tutto accompagnato dal nostro pane casareccio, e per finire, alla sera, pizze al piatto lievitate e preparate come una volta.
Insomma ogni vostra scelta sarà sicuramente giusta ed il rapporto qualità-prezzo farà di noi una tappa fissa ad ogni vostra visita nella nostra bella cittadina.

The trattoria "Piero e Silvana" is really a sweet dream. Situated along the main street that links the surroundig walls of the town to the wonderful Piazza di Todi, it is easy to get to it from eveywhere in the town.
The arches and the old roofs create a picturesque and welcoming place where you can find the kindess and a warm familiarity of the family running.
This friendly contact will allow you to know all that you want about every dish you have the pleasure to order.
The cuisine is exquisitely genuine, you could enjoy poor dishes such as the ever-tasteful legumes and some different soups, cep or truffle-based local dishes, as well as local game; all this goes well with our home- made bread and, lastly, in the night, a leavened pizza served in plates and prepared as once. In conclusion, every choice you make, it will be certainly the right one and, the relation of quality and price will make us a fixed stop on your journeys to our beautiful little town .
