La Residenza d'Epoca San Lorenzo Tre si trova nel Centro Storico di Todi, a due passi dal Duomo, in un palazzo del '600 dove la stessa famiglia vive da cinque generazioni. Qui tutto è rimasto come era: arredi, biancheria di canapa e lino, atmosfera sono le stesse di una casa borghese della fine dell'ottocento e inizi del novecento. Non c'è telefono nè televisione nelle stanze, volutamente, ma libri e uno splendido affaccio sui tetti e sulla campagna umbra. La regione dell'Umbria ha regolamentato con una legge questo tipo di ospitalità in strutture autentiche e intatte inserite in luoghi artistici e paesaggistici di alto pregio.
Trascorrervi qualche giorno è un vero piacevole ritorno al passato.

The RESIDENZA D’EPOCA SAN LORENZO TRE is situated in the old part of  TODI, a short way away the DUOMO, in the seventeeth-century large house where the owners’family has been living for five generations. Everything here has remained as it was : furnishing , linen and hemp cloths, atmosphere; they are the same as in a middle-class house of the late nineteeth/early twentieth century. There is nor telephone or TV in the rooms, intentionally, but books and a wonderful view on the roofs and on the Umbrian country. The Umbria region has regulated by a law this kind of accomodation in original and untouched buildings situated in places of agreat landscape and artistic value. Spending some days here is really a delightful return to the past.

Die RESIDENZA D'EPOCA SAN LORENZO TRE, ist in ein wunderschöner, original-erhaltener Privatpalazzo aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, seit fünf Generationen in privatem Familienbesitz. Sie befindet sich mitten im historischen Zentrum von Todi, nur zwei Schritte vom Dom entfernt. Hier ist alles geblieben wie früher: die Einrichtung, die feine  Bettwäsche aus Leinen... Der Begriff RESIDENZA D'EPOCA ist nicht ohne Grund gesetzlich geschützt: nach einem Erlab der Region Umbrien dürfen sich nur wenige, aufgrund ihrer historisch-künstlerischen und landschaftlichen Bedeutung ausgewählte Häuser so nennen.
