Nella magnifica Valle Tuderte, alle pendici del colle della città di Todi, sorge "la Vallata", una struttura ricettiva ottenuta dalla recente ristrutturazione di un tipico casale contadino risalente ai primi del ‘900. La proprietà è circondata da circa 6 h di terreno delimitati dalle acque del torrente Naia ed è immersa nel verde delle colline umbre tra boschi, uliveti e campi di grano e girasoli.
La Vallata offre al visitatore la tranquillità di una vacanza a contatto con la natura, inoltre la cura dei particolari contribuisce a creare un ambiente raffinato dotato di ogni confort che rendono il luogo ideale per una vacanza esclusiva e rilassante.

L’antica masseria è stata ristrutturata mantenendo l’originale architettura, con travi in legno e pavimenti in cotto ed arredata nel tipico stile umbro, al suo interno sono state ricavate camere tutte dotate di bagno privato e televisione ed arredate in arte povera, ed alcune godono della suggestiva vista sulla città di Todi.
All’interno del cortile in una seconda struttura, dove anticamente erano situate le stalle sono ubicati i servizi comuni, quali ricevimento e sala per la prima colazione.

In the beautiful Valle Tuderte, at the hillsides of the town of Todi, there is "La Vallata", a receptive location got by the recent repairs of a typical farmhouse dating back to the early of the '900.  The property is surrounded by about 6 h of land limited by the waters of the stream Naia and it is immersed in the green of the Umbrian hills in the woods, olivegroves, cornfields and sunflowers.
"La Vallata" offers to the visitors the quiet of a holiday in the nature, furthermore, the care for the details helps to make a refined room provided with any conforts wich make it the ideal place for an exclusive and relaxing holiday.

The ancient farm has been renovated taking the original structure, with beams and baked floors and equipped in the typical Umbrian style, all rooms are provided with private bathroom and TV and furnished in plain art, and some enjoy the beautiful view of Todi.
In the farmyard, in another structure, where formerly there were the stables, there are the sharing services, like the reception and the hall for breakfast.

La Vallata è anche il luogo ideale per chi ama unire alla vacanza culturale la pratica di attività sportive, infatti la struttura è situata a 100 m. dagli impianti sportivi comunali (piscina, tennis, piste di atletica, campo di calcio e campo di basket), mentre a 2 km. è situato un maneggio.

La posizione centrale nel cuore dell’Umbria (a pochi chilometri è possibile raggiungere Orvieto, Assisi, Norcia, Terni, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto), rendono La Vallata il luogo ideale per escursioni alla scoperta delle bellezze artistiche e architettoniche della nostra regione.

The central position in the heart of Umbria ( at few km it is possible to reach Orvieto, Assisi, Norcia, Terni, Perugia), makes it the ideal place for excursions to discover artistic and architectural beauties of our region.
