The country residence "Costa del Loco" is situated in a central location of Umbria, at a few kilometres from the most interesting medieval towns like Assisi,  Spoleto, Perugia, Todi, Orvieto, Gubbio and others. Its quiet setting surrounded by hills, woods, olive groves and fields of wheat and sunflowers offers the opportunity of discovering a part of Italy whose traditional tastes and fragrances, rhythms and tranquillity bring back to our mind the pace of the past. It is the ideal location to spend an extraordinary holiday in contact with nature and surrounded by a culture with a lavish tradition. A place where you can choose to make a pleasant cycling tour through green meadow land and rural villages and experience the pleasantness of being welcomed with warmth and hospitality by the people living in the area. ….quite ordinary event!

Per ritrovare se stessi...Il Country residence " Costa del Loco" Vi attende per un piacevole soggiorno con i suoi 27 appartamenti, tutti indipendenti con terrazza o piazzetta o giardino, arredati con mobili in arte povera e dotati di moderne cucine e servizi, riscaldamento e biancheria oltre a TV color sat.
Il residence dispone inoltre di ricezione, mini market, bar , sala lettura, una piscina in splendida posizione panoramica, tennis, barbecue, campo bocce, mountain bike, ping pong, giochi per bimbi e per gli appassionati del cavallo la possibilità, a due passi, di fare passeggiate e lezioni di equitazione.

To find themselves...The country residence "Costa del Loco" offers you the opportunity of spending a pleasant holiday in one of its 27 fully independent flats, each equipped with a terrace, a small front space or a garden. Every flat is furnished in a simple fashion with modern kitchen and bathroom, heating, laundry service and satellite television set.
The residence also has a reception, a mini market, a bar, a reading room, a swimming pool in a stunning panoramic position, tennis courts, a barbecue, a bowling, mountain bikes, table tennis, an equipped area for children and the opportunity of reserving horse rides or taking riding lessons in the neighbouring riding centre.

In treno
A chi proviene dal nord, le ferrovie consigliano il tragitto via Firenze o, in alternativa, via Ancona, da cui si può proseguire con comode coincidenze fino a Perugia.
Provenendo da sud è d'obbligo il tragitto via Roma. Dalla capitale si procede poi verso Perugia.

In aereo
Due voli giornalieri collegano Milano con l'aeroporto regionale umbro Sant'Egidio di Perugia (tel. 075/592141) e viceversa.
Orari
h. 13.00 da Milano verso Perugia tutti i giorni;
h. 19,40 da Milano verso Perugia tutti i giorni escluso il sabato;
h. 14,35 da Perugia verso Milano tutti i giorni;
h. 06,30 da Perugia verso Milano tutti i giorni escluso la domenica.
Per chi provenendo da altre città, arriva all'aeroporto di Fiumicino (Roma), sono disponibili comodi collegamenti giornalieri con Perugia assicurati dagli autobus delle linee ACAP-SULGA (tel. 075/74641).

Per chi si mette in viaggio in aereo o treno, consigliamo, una volta arrivati a Perugia, il noleggio di un'autovettura, indispensabile per scoprire, da soli o in compagnia, le bellezze della regione.

HOW TO REACH "COSTA DEL LOCO"

By Car
 Coming from the North there are two possibilities:
- Motorway Autostrada del Sole (A1) milano - Bologna - Firenze - Roma Exit Valdichiana: go straight to Perugia through the Highway E45, go ahead to Terni - Roma till the Exit Ripabianca - Foligno, then follow the touristic signals to Costa del loco.
- Motorway Autostrada del Sole (A1), just before Bologna go towards Ancona (A14), go ahead till the Exit Cesena Nord , through the Highway E45 follow the direction to Rome till the Exit Ripabianca - Foligno, then follow the touristic signals to "Costa del Loco".

Coming from the South:
Autostrada del Sole (A1), Exit Orte, go ahead through the Highway E45 till the Exit Ripabianca, then follow the touristic signals to Costa del loco.

By Train
Coming from the North:
FFSS (Italian Railways Government Company) suggest the way across Firenze or across Ancona, where it is possible to find very good connections to Perugia.
Coming from the South there is the way through Roma and then to Perugia.

By Plane
Two daily flights connect Milan with the Umbrian Regional Airport Sant' Egidio in Perugia (tel.: +39 075 592141) and viceversa.
Timetable
h. 1,00 p.m. from Milano to Perugia - daily flight;
h. 7,40 p.m. from Milano to Perugia - (everyday except on Saturday);
h. 2,45 p.m. from Perugia to Milano - daily flight;
h. 6,30 a.m. from Perugia to Milano (everyday except on Sunday).
Coming from other directions there are some good daily connections at Fiumicino Airport in Rome to Perugia. There is also a shuttle bus service ACAP-Sulga Bus Lines (Tel.: +39 075 74641).

Coming by train or by airplane it is possible to rent a car in Perugia in order to visit and discover the beauty of this wonderful Region.
